Requirements for installation

All Windows 11 devices from the shopping cart or all longer existing Windows 11 devices with a TPM version of 1.2 are supported. We recommend TPM version 2.0. The TPM version can be found via the "Device Manager" under "Security devices". The "Device Manager" can easily be found via the Windows search. If you are not in possession of a supported device, please contact your supervisor.
The following requirements must be met on your device: (manuals available in german only)

1. Please check your Proxy settings.
2. The Smart ID Desktop App must be installed.
3. The Virtual Smartcard_1.0package must be installed.
