Importing the “Bertelsmann CA - G2” root certificate onto an end device

1. Download the root certificate of the “Bertelsmann CA - G2” here: smartid.arvato-systems.de/downloads/Bertelsmann_CA_-_G2.cer
2. Press the buttons simultaneously <Windows> und <r>
3. Enter the search term „certmgr.msc“
4. Click „OK“
   
5. Right-click on the list entry “Trusted Root Certification Authorities”
6. Select the entry “All tasks”
7. Click „Import...“
   
8. Click "Next"
   
9. Click “Browse…”
   
10. Select the certificate downloaded in step 1 from the file system.
11. Click „Open“
    
12. Click "Next"
    
13. Click "Next"
    
14. Click “Finish”
    
15. Click „OK“
